Rodney Tarr will be missed by the CPDA. He was a vital part of the Connecticut trucking industry
May 17th State Truck Driving Championships being held in Maine (Bangor, ME) & Rhode Island (Cranston, RI)
June 2nd Ben Zadrozny will be showing the No-Zone demonstration to the Bristol Eastern High School drivers education class in Bristol, CT. If anyone would like to help out, please call Ben Zadrozny
June 7th New Hampshire/Vermont Truck Driving Championships (Pembroke, NH). Roland Bolduc will be going to the NH/VT if anyone would like to go for the ride just send an email to roland@roadeo.org
June 14th is the date for the Connecticut Truck Driving Championships in Somers, CT again
June 21st is the date for the Massachusetts Truck Driving Championships in Oxford, MA at the Jevic facility
June 21st is also the date for the Penske/PFG roadeo on Taylor St in Springfield. All CPDA members are encouraged to help Jim Hosey with this event
August 19th-23rd are the dates for the ATA National Truck Driving Championships being held in Houston, TX
September 14th is the date of the Northeast Charity Challenge in Devens, MA. The CPDA will continue to assist with event and run the pre-trip challenge. All CPDA members are encouraged to help out.
September 21st is the date of the 9th Annual Wishes On Wheels event in Willington, CT. The CPDA will assist with the registration in the morning again.
CPDA dues. The CPDA will start charging dues once again. Anyone joining the organization this year will have to pay $10.00. All existing members will resume paying dues next year at the annual brunch.
During the Connecticut Truck Driving Championships Preston Seamon will promote CPDA membership and Roland Bolduc will be on hand to assist

Jim Hosey will work on creating our mission statement.
Once again the CPDA will set up a practice session for the 2008 Connecticut Truck Driving Champions. Location to be determined
FedEx will not be needed the CPDA's assistance this year with a company roadeo
